    All vinyl construction assures durability and flexibility in all weather conditions. Long lasting, brilliant, fluorescent orange color ensures a high degree of visibility. Ultraviolet stabilized color provides maximum resistance to fading. High density base creates a low center of gravity for maximum stability. The specially designed cleats at the base prevent the cones from sticking together while stacked, allowing for easy set up and storage.
